AetherCanvas® Shipping & Delivery
I. Packaging
All orders are professionally packaged by AetherCanvas® following our standardised protocols.
Before your order ships, we will send you detailed photos or a short video of your item for approval. We will only dispatch once you have confirmed you are happy with everything. If we haven't heard from you by the scheduled shipping date, we will hold the order until we receive your confirmation.
Standard Carton Packaging All items are flat-packed in high-strength protective cartons, sealed to our rigorous standards to ensure your artwork arrives safely and intact.
Wooden Crate Packaging For large-format works, we use professional art-grade wooden crates with international-standard reinforcement. The interior is lined with shock-absorbent, safety-compliant cushioning designed to secure the artwork completely during transit. Each crate is weatherproofed and sealed to protect against environmental factors.
II. Delivery Time & Fees
1. Order Processing
Orders placed before 10:00 AM (GMT+8, Hong Kong time) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM are processed the following business day. All orders are dispatched within 7–14 business days.
2. Shipping Timeframe
International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or specialist art transport providers and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Shipping is free worldwide.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
3. Duties & Taxes (DAP Terms)
The quoted price includes global shipping costs. However, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and related fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the price displayed on our website.
As import duties and taxes are set by local customs authorities, we are unable to calculate or predict these amounts in advance. We strongly recommend consulting your local customs office before placing an order. If a shipment is returned or destroyed because the recipient refused to pay applicable duties or taxes, the buyer assumes full liability. In such cases, shipping costs and any associated losses are non-refundable.
4. Restocking Fee — Undelivered Shipments
If your order has shipped and is returned due to a failure to take delivery on your part — including but not limited to unjustified refusal, failure to coordinate receipt, or incorrect or incomplete delivery information — a 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the item's value. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method. As a gesture of goodwill, a designated amount of loyalty points will also be credited to your account. III. Production Time
Each piece is handcrafted by the artist after your order is placed. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before dispatch.
Please note: Handcrafted items may exhibit subtle natural variations — each piece is one of a kind.
IV. Logistics & Delivery
· We select FedEx, DHL, UPS, or specialist art transport providers based on your destination and the dimensions of your order.
· We ship worldwide to all serviceable locations. For deliveries to remote areas or special requests, please contact us and we will find a solution.
· All shipments are fully insured by AetherCanvas® at no additional cost. In the event of transit damage, we will arrange compensation or a replacement in accordance with our policy.
· For multi-item orders, all pieces are normally dispatched together in a single shipment.
· Orders are shipped to the name and address provided at checkout. If your order is a surprise gift or requires any special handling, please leave a note at checkout or contact us in advance.
