We provide free global shipping on all orders.
I. Product Packaging
1.All products are professionally packaged by AetherCanvas® following standardized procedures.
To ensure the artwork meets your expectations, we will share detailed photos or videos of the item with you before shipping. We will only schedule the shipment once we have received your confirmation that you are fully satisfied. If we do not receive your confirmation by the scheduled shipping time, we will have to delay your shipment until we hear from you
2.Carton Packaging
High-strength protective cartons with flat sealing are used. We strictly follow high-standard packaging processes to ensure full protection during transit, guaranteeing safe and intact delivery from AetherCanvas® to you.
3.Wooden Crate Packaging
We utilize professional-grade fine art wooden pallets for all shipments. For large-format artworks, we provide international-standard reinforced wooden pallets. The interior is fitted with safety-compliant, shock-absorbent materials specifically designed to immobilize the artwork, ensuring structural stability and zero displacement throughout the transit process. The crate utilizes a hermetically sealed/weatherproof design to protect against environmental factors.
II. Delivery Time and Fees
1. Order Processing Time
Orders confirmed before 10:00 AM (GMT+8, Hong Kong time) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed the following business day. All orders will be dispatched within 7–14 business days.
2.Shipping Timeframe:
International shipping via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or specialized art transport companies
Usually requires 5-7 business days for worldwide logistics

3.Notes
① Shipping, Duties, and Taxes (DAP Terms): The quoted price includes global shipping costs; however, you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and related fees charged by the customs authority of the destination country. Prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all such taxes. As import duties and taxes are determined directly by local customs authorities, we are unable to calculate or predict these specific amounts in advance. We strongly recommend consulting your local customs office for detailed information prior to placing an order. If a shipment is returned or destroyed due to the recipient's refusal to pay these duties/taxes, the Buyer assumes full liability. In such cases, shipping costs and any associated losses are non-refundable.
② Once the item has been dispatched, if the package is returned due to a failure to take delivery on your part (including, but not limited to, refusal without valid cause, failure to coordinate receipt, or incorrect/incomplete delivery information), we will deduct a 20% Restocking Fee from the item's value. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original method of payment. Concurrently, a designated amount of loyalty points will be credited to your account as a gesture of goodwill. (Please refer to the AetherCanvas® Official Loyalty Points Policy).
III. Production Timeframe
Each product is handcrafted by the artist after the order is placed, with a production lead time of 7–14 business days.

IV. Logistics and Delivery Scope
1.We select FedEx, DHL, UPS, or specialized art transport companies based on destination and product dimensions.
2.We offer worldwide shipping to all serviceable locations. For special requests, such as delivery to remote areas, please feel free to contact us for a customized solution.
3.All shipments are fully insured by AetherCanvas®, so you don’t need to worry about hidden costs or transit risks. In case of damage, we will offer compensation or a replacement in accordance with our policy.
4.For multiple-item orders, simultaneous delivery is normally arranged.
5.Orders are shipped based on the provided recipient name and delivery address. If the item is a surprise gift or requires special handling, please leave a note at checkout or contact our customer service in advance.
