I. Global Shipping Policy

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Shipments are handled by FedEx, DHL, UPS or specialized art-transport companies, with an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days (subject to customs clearance). Once your order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number for real-time status updates.

II. Customs Duties and Taxes

You are responsible for any import duties and taxes assessed by the destination country’s customs. All product prices on our website exclude such charges. As these fees are determined by local authorities, we cannot estimate them in advance. Please consult your local customs office before placing an order. If a package is returned or destroyed due to refusal to pay duties, the buyer will bear all related costs and losses, including shipping fees.

III. Order Processing Time

Orders confirmed before 10:00 AM (GMT+8, Hong Kong time) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed the following business day. All orders will be shipped within 7–14 business days.

IV. No-Reason Return Guidelines

You may return any non-customized item for any reason within 30 calendar days of receipt. We will assist you with the return process. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

1. Before shipping your return

Please contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA). Email senauraart@gmail.com or message our online customer service with your order number and item code. Unauthorized returns (shipments without prior notice) or late requests may be declined.

*Photo Requirements

To process your request, please provide clear photos of the item that show:

  • A. Overall views from the front, back, and both sides.
  • B. Close-up details (e.g., brushstrokes, texture, signature).
  • C. The item in good condition, undamaged and unused.
  • D. Good lighting, no flash, and no obstructions.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and passed our inspection. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

3. Service Fee Policy

To ensure a fair and transparent return process, a 20% service fee will be charged for returns and refunded to your account as credit. Credits are non-refundable in cash and can be used toward future purchases. (For details, please refer to the official SenauraArt® Store Credit Policy.)

V. Return Eligibility

  • The item is returned in its original condition, with intact tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
  • The item has not been altered or modified in any way.
  • The item is not a customized product (custom items are made-to-order and cannot be resold; thank you for your understanding).
  • The item must be unused and free from any signs of wear, scratches, stains, or other damage caused by improper handling.

VI. Damaged Goods Procedure

1. Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, unpack and inspect the item in the courier’s presence. If any damage is found, request that the courier note “Damaged Item” on the waybill and retain the package.

2. Damage Documentation

We offer free replacement or a full refund for items damaged during shipping. Please send clear photos to senauraart@gmail.com or contact our online customer service center. Photos must include the full packaging, all damaged angles, the shipping label with tracking number, and close-up details of the product damage. Once received, we will promptly coordinate with the courier to arrange a free reshipment or issue a full refund.

3. Special Circumstances

If the courier does not deliver in person, proceed directly to Step 2 and retain all damaged materials until the issue is resolved.

VII. Disclaimer

SenauraArt® reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with this policy or if the item is in unacceptable condition. Non-compliant items will not be returned to you, nor will any store credits points be granted.
