AetherCanvas® Rewards Policy

Every purchase brings you closer to your next piece. Our rewards programme is our way of saying thank you.

 

I. General Provisions

· Nature of Points: Points are virtual rewards granted by AetherCanvas® for qualifying purchases and engagement. They are non-monetary and hold no cash value outside the platform.

· Usage Restrictions: Points are non-transferable, non-giftable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to non-shopping purposes.

· Acceptance: By using AetherCanvas® services, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy.

 

II. Earning Points

You can accumulate points through the following channels:

· Purchase Rewards: Earn 1 point for every $1 paid at checkout, excluding shipping, taxes, and any discounts applied.

· Restocking Fee Compensation: If a Restocking Fee is deducted from a returned order, 100% of that fee will be reimbursed as points. For every $1 deducted, 100 points will be credited to your account.

· Resolution Credits: Points issued as a goodwill gesture when resolving an order issue or complaint.

· Reward Multiplier: Higher membership tiers receive increased point multipliers on purchases. Tier details and corresponding multipliers will be published on the platform as they become available.

· Other Rewards: Additional earning opportunities may be introduced from time to time and will be announced via our website and member notifications.

 

III. Processing Time

· Purchase Points: Credited within 1 business day of payment.

· Restocking Fee Compensation Points: Credited within 2 business days after the return or refund process is finalised.

· Resolution Points: Credited within 1 business day after an agreement is reached.

 

IV. Redemption & Value

Points function as shopping credit and can be applied to future purchases:

100 points = $1 discount

· A $100 purchase earns 100 points, redeemable for a $1 discount on your next order.

· A $1 Restocking Fee deduction is reimbursed as 100 points, equivalent to a $1 voucher.

 

V. Usage Guidelines

· Voucher Conversion: Points must be converted into a discount voucher before use at checkout. Minimum redemption thresholds and voucher denominations will be published on the platform.

· Exclusions: Points and vouchers cannot be applied toward shipping fees, insurance, or taxes.

· Points on Voucher Payments: The portion of any order paid using a points voucher does not earn new points.

 

VI. Validity & Management

· Expiration: Points are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Unused points expire automatically at the end of this period.

· Tracking: View your points balance and active vouchers in your Account Dashboard. For detailed transaction history or specific expiration dates, contact us at support@AetherCanvas.art.

· Discrepancies: In the event of a system error, AetherCanvas® records shall serve as the final reference.

· Account Integrity: AetherCanvas® reserves the right to freeze points suspected of being obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised means pending investigation.

 

VII. Disclaimers

AetherCanvas® is not liable for point losses resulting from:

· Unauthorised account access due to compromised user credentials.

· Expiration of unused points.

· Force majeure events or third-party payment gateway failures (e.g., server outages or network disruptions).

AetherCanvas® reserves the right to adjust point values, earning rates, and policy terms at any time. Where changes are significant, we will provide at least 14 business days' notice via the platform before they take effect.
