SenauraArt® Rewards Policy

I. General Provisions

Nature of Points: Points are virtual rewards granted by SenauraArt® for specific engagement and purchases. They are non-monetary and hold no cash value outside the platform.

Usage Restrictions: Points are non-transferable, non-giftable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or used for non-shopping purposes.

Acceptance: By using SenauraArt® services, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

 

II. Earning Points

You can accumulate points through the following channels:

 

  • Purchase Rewards: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent (actual payment).
  • Return Compensation: 100% reimbursement of return service fees in points ($1 fee = 1 point).
  • Resolution Credits: Special points issued as part of a negotiated compensation or settlement.
  • Other Rewards: We will update other reward methods from time to time. The specific forms are subject to the version released on the user client.
  • Reward Multiplier: Higher membership levels will receive higher point reward multipliers. Specific levels and their corresponding rewards are subject to the version released on the user client.

 

III. Processing Time

  • Purchase Points: Credited within 1 business day of payment.
  • Return Points: Credited within 2 business days after the return/refund process is finalized.
  • Resolution Points: Credited within 1 business day after an agreement is reached.

 

IV. Redemption & Value

Points act as "Shopping Credit" for future purchases:

100 Points = $1 Discount

  • Example: A $100 purchase earns 100 points, redeemable for a $1 discount on your next order.
  • Example: A $100 service fee is compensated with 10000 points, redeemable for $100.

 

V. Usage Guidelines

  • Voucher Conversion: PointsPoints must be converted into discount coupons before use. The specific redemption amounts are subject to the version released on the user client.
  • Exclusions: Points cannot be applied toward shipping fees, insurance, or taxes.
  • Non-Recursive: Portions of an order paid via point-vouchers are not eligible for new point rewards.

 

VI. Validity & Management

  • Expiration: Points remain valid for 24 months from the date of issuance. Unused points will expire automatically.
  • Tracking: View your balance and vouchers in your "Account Dashboard." For detailed transaction history or expiration dates, please contact Support.
  • Discrepancies: In the event of system errors, SenauraArt® records shall serve as the final authority.
  • Account Integrity: SenauraArt® reserves the right to freeze points suspected of being obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means.

 

VII. Disclaimers

SenauraArt® is not liable for point losses resulting from:

  • Unauthorized account access due to compromised user credentials.
  • Expiration of unused points.
  • Force majeure or third-party payment gateway failures (e.g., server outages, network attacks).
  • SenauraArt® reserves the right to adjust point values and rules. Major changes will be announced 14 business days in advance. Final interpretation of this policy rests with SenauraArt®.
